How to set it up on Blackwell Global

  1. Open or log in to a Blackwell Global MT5 account. A Raw, ECN or zero-spread account usually has the lowest gold costs.
  2. Install MetaTrader 5 from your Blackwell Global client area or our download page, and log in with your account number and the server shown by Blackwell Global.
  3. Find gold in Market Watch. On Blackwell Global it is XAUUSD or XAUUSD with a suffix (for example .m, .c or #). Use the one your account trades.
  4. Get your licence. Create a free GoldBot account and apply with your Blackwell Global MT5 account number; your key appears in My Licence.
  5. Attach the EA. Copy GoldBot Air into MQL5/Experts, turn on Algo Trading, drag it onto the gold chart and paste your key.
  6. Keep it running. Use a Windows VPS close to Blackwell Global's trading server so the EA trades 24/5.
