These terms apply to www.goldbot.in, the GoldBot App at app.goldbot.in, GoldBot Credits and the GoldBot Expert Advisors (together, "GoldBot"), operated by Envalog LLC, USA. By creating an account or using GoldBot you agree to them. Contact: help@goldbot.in.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service or put other users at risk.
The GoldBot App
The app is provided free of charge "as is". Prices come from a live broker feed and may differ slightly from your own broker's prices. Data can be delayed, interrupted or wrong, and features may change or be paused (for example during upgrades). Price and signal alerts depend on your device, browser and connection and may arrive late or not at all; do not rely on them as your only risk control.
Expert Advisors and licences
Licences for GoldBot Air (and GoldBot SideKick when available) are tied to a MetaTrader account number and are for your own use. You may not share, resell, decompile or modify the software. EAs trade automatically or manage your trades according to their settings; they can lose money, and you should test them on a demo account and use settings and lot sizes you can afford. Licences may be free through partner brokers, a one-time trial, or paid plans as shown when you apply.
GoldBot Credits (GBC)
GBC are prepaid credits (1 GBC = 1 USD) that can only be spent on GoldBot services such as EA licences. They are not money, not an investment, not transferable between users and cannot be exchanged or sold back, except under the refund policy: unused credits from a purchase can be refunded within 30 days of that purchase, once per purchase, minus the refund fee and blockchain network fee shown in the Wallet, after confirmation by email. Refunds are paid in USDT on the network the purchase was made with. Payments must be sent exactly as instructed; we are not responsible for funds sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address.
Partner brokers
Links to brokers such as GTCFX open the broker's own services, which are governed by the broker's terms. We may receive a commission from partner brokers. We do not hold your trading funds.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break or overload GoldBot, access other users' data, scrape the service in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GoldBot is provided without warranties of any kind, and Envalog LLC is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of GoldBot. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use GoldBot after a change means you accept it.
