This policy explains what information GoldBot ("we", "us") collects when you use www.goldbot.in and the GoldBot App at app.goldbot.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have. GoldBot is operated by Envalog LLC, USA. Questions: help@goldbot.in.
Information you give us
- Account: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). Optionally your phone number, country and city.
- Licences: the MetaTrader account number, platform and broker you apply with, and any payment transaction ID you submit.
- GoldBot Credits (GBC): your purchases, balance history, the USDT transaction IDs and addresses involved, and refund requests.
- App settings you create: for example your price alerts and their notes.
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.
Information collected automatically
- Log and security data: IP address, browser type and the time of requests, used to keep the service secure (for example to limit repeated failed log-ins).
- Activity: when you were last active in the app and whether you were invited by another user.
- Cookies and local storage: a session cookie that keeps you logged in on goldbot.in and app.goldbot.in, a cookie with your device time zone so times are shown correctly, and settings stored on your device (for example your chart timeframe or whether signal alerts are on).
- Analytics and advertising: we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, and Google AdSense may show ads on the website. Google may set its own cookies; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
How we use it
- To create and secure your account and let you log in on the website and the app.
- To provide the app's features, issue and verify licences, and process GBC purchases and refunds.
- To send service emails, such as password resets, licence keys and GBC receipts.
- To trigger the price alerts and notifications you ask for.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
- To understand and improve how the website and app are used.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run GoldBot (hosting, email delivery, analytics and advertising by Google, and Google Translate if you use the language switcher), when the law requires it, or to protect our users and service. Public blockchain transactions (USDT) are visible to anyone by their nature. When you open a partner broker's page, such as GTCFX, that broker's own privacy policy applies to what you give them.
Notifications
Signal and price alerts can use your browser's or phone's notification system if you allow it. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone or browser settings, and signal alerts in the app's Profile page.
Retention and security
We keep account information while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, including records we must keep for legal, accounting or security reasons. Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access to our systems is restricted.
Your choices and rights
You can view and update your details in your profile. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your account, email help@goldbot.in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, although logging in requires the session cookie.
Children
GoldBot is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be announced on the website or in the app.
